1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using OvenJoy Market’s website, placing an order, or engaging with our services, you agree to comply with these User Agreement terms, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our platform.

2. Orders & Availability

  • All orders are subject to product availability. We reserve the right to cancel or modify orders if items are out of stock or due to errors (e.g., pricing, product details).
  • You warrant that all order information (name, address, contact details) is accurate and complete. We are not liable for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect information.

3. Payment Terms (Cash on Delivery - COD Only)

  • We exclusively offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for all orders. No other payment methods (cards, digital wallets, etc.) are accepted.
  • Payment must be made in cash directly to the delivery driver upon receipt of your order. Failure to pay will result in order cancellation, and no further delivery attempts will be made.
  • COD is available for eligible regional delivery areas. We reserve the right to restrict COD for certain locations or order values at our discretion.

4. Delivery & Risk Transfer

  • Delivery times are estimated and may vary based on location and order volume. We will provide a delivery window via email/SMS once your order is confirmed.
  • Risk of loss or damage to products passes to you upon delivery. Please inspect items at the time of receipt—any damages or discrepancies must be reported to the driver and our support team within 24 hours.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • You may request a refund within 30 days of delivery for unused, unopened products in their original packaging.
  • To initiate a return, contact our support team with your order number and reason for return. Approved returns require you to return the product in its original condition.
  • Refunds for COD orders will be processed as cash or bank transfer within 5–7 business days of receiving and verifying the returned item. Used or damaged products are ineligible for refunds.

6. Product Information

  • We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, images, and pricing. However, we do not warrant that product details (e.g., colors, sizes, ingredients) are 100% error-free. Minor discrepancies will not constitute grounds for a refund unless the product is materially different from the description.

7. User Responsibilities

  • You agree to use our website for legitimate purposes only and not to engage in fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity (e.g., placing fake orders, providing false information).
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (if applicable) and all activities associated with your account.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • OvenJoy Market shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (e.g., lost profits, delays) arising from your use of our services, except as required by law.
  • Our total liability for any claim related to your order shall not exceed the total value of the order.

  • We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our services after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
